I don’t care if we are first, 27th or 50th,
JBE grew the size of government by 7 Billion dollars in three plus years.
All the other stuff you posted is not relevant.
JBE spent 7 million dollars (5 federal + 2 state) and other than Medicaid expansion we have nothing to show for all this largesse.

I don't keep up with Louisiana politics but from what I've read today, it seems like Trump's appearance in Bossier last night moved the Rispone voter meter not even one silly millimeter.
Classic evening exercise is preaching to the quire.

ZERO job growth
Stay last Louisiana. Somebody has to be.
Seriously, your state is going nowhere with this clown.
Just keep I-20 passable when I need it, otherwise y'all can rot.

Will be similar to the Jungle primary. Everyone thought JBE was going to win, yet the Republicans came out in full force. More of the same today with Rispone getting most if not all of Abraham's votes as well as the other Republican votes for the 3rd candidate.
Rispone 51%
JBE 49%
Rispone 51%
JBE 49%

Look at jindals 8 years gdp growth flat , I provided the data so for all his cuts no change in GDP , la GDP is growing , job growth is slow but LA hit record GDP earlier this year . In fact there was a decrease in GDP in a couple of years which is technically a recession
most rationale people of any political background feel public education is a function of state government, and I am talking about around the USA. Jindal put his personal national political ambitions ahead of states interest. if Jindal’s Policies were so attractive , then Fortune 500 companies should have warp speed moved here.
Look at GDP growth in the 8 years of Jindal , 8 year policies of gutting higher education and no increase in public school teacher salaries. Outside of LA most people see that as dysfunctional.

I'm curious to know where you think JBE will get those extra 2.5 points that he didn't get in the primary? Pissed off Abraham voters? Because that's the only place it could come from. If JBE wins it will be because Rispone lied and went negative against Abraham when he said that he would not..... That being said if JBE wins its Rispones fault totally!

It's a well-documented truth, actually. LINK

2019 numbers:
Quarter 1 GDP in Louisiana was 0%
Quarter 2 GDP in Louisiana was 1%
We are literally stagnant and people are leaving the state.

Did he force the consolidation of higher ed as so needed or raise taxes? raised taxes
Did he expand the successful transformation of Orleans Parish schools to other systems or did he raise taxes? raised taxes
Did he end the state subsidy of the opioid addiction massively expanding availability of prescription dope or did he give a opioid lawsuit to his buddies? took care of his buddies
Did he change the tax system to be fair to folks with the private pensions and retirements or continue the government class special treatment? he continued the special treatment for the government class
Did he work with the largest employers in the state or work to sue them with his buddies? he elected to sue them

Did he reform our nursing home system so that we’d be more in line with other states, or did he keep our rigid rules which sent more elderly folks to nursing homes when many wanted home care, thus helping the nursing home cabal ?????

Probably so. Blame Jindal for this... literally the worst governor in the history of the entire country.
People tired of the constant budget crises and the devastation wrought upon higher education.
Yes, our constitutional structure tied his hands. Then damnit, rewrite the thing! That’s why I voted for Rispone. He better deliver.

No, everyone is all downtrodden because of Kentucky not understanding the D rules family politics in the State.
