I agreed with the OP til he went off the rails with My Pillow guy. I’ve been through a dozen pillows since my C5-6-7 neck fusion and had one good memory foam pillow for the past 10 years - then forgot it in a hotel in San Antonio. Tried a couple more specialized pillows but the only thing I can sleep with now is My Pillow. I have a firm one and a softer one that I alternate depending on my neck condition each night.
My Pillow guy rules.
