Considering the revenue from potential legalization, do you think this happens?

I think it happens during his administration. Will be a huge win for America--both for tax revenues and civil liberties.

Hunter moved on from marijuana a long time ago.

The only thing I’m holding out hope for. But Obama didn’t do it so I’m not holding my breath now.

I think this is the only thing both Republicans and Democrats can agree on Time to legalize!

Who cares? Will he legalize gambling? More money there if that what you are after is money to feed the govt.

No. Its more valuable as a political issue than tax revenue.

The trend is moving that way. Bunch more people I can't hire. Not kidding actually, even with the law changes, we still have corporate policies and half of our qualified applicants fail their drug screens.

Is he going to be of sound mind by then?

I actually didn’t vote Biden. I know a lot of hard core trump supporters are in full doomsday mode, but I choose to look at the possible positives in the new administration. This is something that should have been done a while ago.

Hopefully there are more legalizations, including marijuana.

Besides taxes, I think a federal OK would help speed up state legalization.

Hopefully Biden can accomplish some good things for both sides, and we can all compromise a bit

You realize Congress is the only one with authority to change laws per the Constitution. But frick it or government doesn't follow it anyway.

Kind of what I was getting at. Considering Democrats have majority in both houses, I figured that technicality didn’t mean much.

I hope so. Trump missed a huge opportunity to sow up reelection by doing so.

It should be state's rights issue and screw doing it for tax purposes.

Yes, and Republicans missed a prime opportunity yet again because they can't help but step on their own dicks

Non smoker who favors legalizing, but have to laugh at the anti-tobacco nazis who support this.

Want freedom? Really?

Not on federal drug scheduling. That's executive fiat, DEA and FDA.
