Those screaming the loudest that Trump had this or that, which the National Archives KNEW about for months, if not longer, are oddly oblivious to the fact that Hillary not only took but also DESTROYED documents that belonged to the State Dept.

She was never President. It was NEVER her call to be able to decide which docs to destroy, delete or transmit via unsecured home server.

The problem with your statement is who is making the determination.

The same people that thought proven lies, bought and paid for by political opponents was enough cover to spy on a sitting President. Two FISA warrants were attested as verified after three days of Darerchiko(sp?)telling them it was bar talk.

The 53 officials that claimed the laptop was Russian disinformation. Never saw it or an investigative report and had some later admit it was about stopping Trump.

The FBI that turned down the laptop and didn’t get interested in it until the owner offered it to others. They then sat on it for a year ordering agents to not look into it and told Facebook to censor it.

This is more in a long line of abusive and unprecedented attacks on political opposition. Trump upset their power. Power they never intended to give up.

The same people who tried to impeach him, twice, have determined he’s “too much of a security risk” to extend the curtesy of security briefs that every other former president received?

Well, even though everything else they tried failed, it HAS to be true that he’s this much of a security risk. I mean, the Biden administration says so.

This is correct. Trump told the world that he declassified the documents. Obama waited until Biden was sworn in, then had him stop giving Trump intel briefings. By doing this, he nullified the SCIF at Mar-A-Lago. He changed the playing field.

Now, they can say whatever they want, and they have- archive stuff, nuclear codes, nuclear secrets, etc… Notice how the narrative changed. They were trying to see what would outrage the public. As it turns out, not much did.

The real reason for the raid is to get the documents back that incriminate themselves.

These "destroyed" documents you are talking about are e-mail chains that were recovered because there were other officials copied on the same documents. They were marked as classified after the fact by nature of the emails themselves, which is little excuse.

And YES, Hillary should have been prosecuted because even concealing government documents is a violation of the FOIA laws.

So yes, she should have been prosecuted, and what Trump did is worse since he stole documents which contained defense and government secrets and actively tried to conceal / keep them from the government for over a year. We still don't know if everything was recovered.
