Do you vote for your Political Party Affiliation regardless of their performance?

I know a lot of people that blindly vote Democrat/Republican even when their affiliation fails to deliver on their promises.
Do you...
A. Blindly vote for your Political affiliation regardless of their failures & broken promises
B. Hold them accountable by sitting out the election
C. Punish them by actually voting for the opposing Political Party
I always go with B if my Political Party fails to keep their campaign promises.
Especially if they do the opposite of what they promised on the campaign trail.
I don't reward being lied to.

Yes, next question.
In the big races I always do- in the county stuff if I don’t like an R I just won’t cast a vote for them

The other alternative is even worse. I don’t know if there’s a way to fix our government that doesn’t involve refreshing the tree of liberty.

As long as the other choice is democrats, hell yes.

Currently, there is only one sane and viable political party in the U.S.. So, I'm voting down party lines for that party's candidates. Democrats are insane and doing everything they can to destroy this country. frick them.

I used to vote based on performance. For example, Evan Bayh was a moderate governor from Indiana. Voted for him as Senator. He went to DC and voted almost straight D now matter how far left the issue. That was the last D I voted for in a general.
The time to hold them accountable now is limited to the primary. There are no moderate Dems left so it is basically straight ticket in the general election.
Sitting out the general election is a vote for the far left.

I will not vote Democrat. The time for correcting my side's candidate is during the primaries.

Spot on…
Rewarding corruption invites exponentially more corruption

In today’s climate?
Hell yes - I do my best in the primaries to get people I like, but at the end of the day, the democrats are pathetic

I’m 49 and have voted since the Dole/Clinton election.
I have yet to find a dem that has gotten consideration for my vote.
I’m as reliable a Republican voter that you can find. Sometimes my vote is enthusiastic for a candidate. Sometimes it isn’t. But no matter how bad the Republican might be…. It’s better than handing power to the dem.
I’ve lived through California going from red to blue. There’s no chance anyone will convince me that giving the Dems unchecked power is a great thing. That happened here and it ultimately ended up with progressives running the state. Which is about the worst possible outcome.

I am not a member of a party. That being said, I don't think I have ever voted for democrat.

Have to. You send one of two people to Washington. One that will do nothing of consequence, not vote to send more of my money to freeloaders, and pack his pockets... or one that will caucus with the dems like AOC and Bernie (Olagawky!!) Sanders, vote for their insanity, all the sudden switch their stance to being pro gay and trans everything, keep spouting nonsense about "danger to democracy" and "diversity!!!", be all for importing third worlders to send checks to, preach about climate emergencies while they live in large houses and luxury, waste time with stupid impeachments, and pack their pockets.

Didn't used to 30-40 years ago but in the current political environment it's a no brainer straight R ticket.

I’m an independent so I’m all over the place. I usually vote on character, maturity, etc. Both parties are wack, it sometimes comes down to the better of two evils.

I am independent (no party in Louisiana). I am 70 years old. Have never, and will never vote Democrat. I vote Republican 95+ percent of the time, and third party or do not vote 5 percent of the time. I will not vote in the Letlow race.

Yes. Especially considering the evil of the communist.
