Didn't the FBI review and found there were no errors?

As I said in my thread about it.

Schiff is going to put together horse shite, and when it gets shot down for being horse shite, he's going to claim partisan bias.

He's got the leverage now, not sure what is the best approach for pursuing truth unless you release all supporting documents.

If underlying documents support the current memo out, what says OP

Are you talking about the same Dems that have a moving target of excuses on why this memo shouldn’t see the light of day? Did anyone think that the memo came close to disclosing sources or methods? Then it became a “Dud/nothing burger”? Hell now they are on national TV telling a reporter he is a traitor by being an instrument of Putin.

Now the real question is going to be what you patriots do when the GOP/Trump stonewall the Dem memo or hem and haw about classified info when we call for the FISA app itself. Can’t wait to see you guys rationalize and squirm.

Actually every single Republican that I have seen interviewed has said they want to release the Democratic Memo. The one thing it has to do is follow the procedure as the Republican Memo. And to mention stonewalling is near laughable when the DOJ/FBI in conjunction with Democratic support stonewalled for almost a year (read the released committee minutes transcript). I also want to see all the underlying materials released, to include closed door testimony transcripts, so we have full transparency. Something tells me that there will be much squealing by Dems when this is specifically broached!

rationalize and squirm? I support releasing it. Why? Because the politicization of the FBI and DOJ for the benefit of a political party FAR outweighs any cost we incur by releasing classified information on intelligence operations.

what "Sources and methods" were exposed yesterday?

none

And, it is important to remember that Democrats played that card 1000 times before the memo was released. The basically guaranteed that it would threaten national security. They lied. And, that shouldn't be ignored.

I support a vote by the HIC on whether or not to declassify a separately written document, AND, I support a vote affirming that so long as it is factual, professional and does not interject partisan politics into the document itself.

Anything else would have zero credibility and further exacerbate the problems in DC.

As for the underlying documents, hard call. The first document has revealed that the FBI will lie to the court by setting up a circular reference to validate "evidence", and that's bad enough that it makes my blood boil. Any further revelations are going to be very bad for the country (short term) and create a crisis in government.

I realize you tend to tow to the left of center, but hopefully you are able to understand and appreciate the gravity of the revelations. An out of control FBI, circumventing the law in an effort to bring down a political figure, smacks of totalitarian tactics and has to be excised from the government body.

Yes. Dem memo first, then the underlying docs to disprove everything the dem memo will likely say

What about the underlying documents?

A simple yes or no to both will suffice.

Frick yes and Hell Yes! At this juncture in US politics all the corruption and shenanigans has to be exposed, we're all adults so we'll get through this BS and be a better country because of true transparency.
