As a strong believer of Christ and the Cross. I ask you to think about something. If I am wrong I caused no harm nor foul to me or anyone. But if you are wrong it will not be good just because you did not use an open heart.

There were possessions evidenced in the Bible. If you are not a believer then I can see how you can say “no”. If you are a Bible believing Christian, I don’t see how you can say it doesn’t exist.

The left has effectively dehumanized anyone that strays off their platform. To the point that everyday people, with seemingly lots to lose, have gloated over a man viciously murdered in front of his family.
Satan doesn’t need to make someone’s head spin or levitate bodies. He can subjugate unbelievers into using their free will to destroy other humans.
To the OP’s question, possession is probably pretty rare. I know that each Diocese has access to an exorcism ministry. Never heard of such a person is appointed to that position in the Lexington diocese.
