Cartels would JFK him if the CIA didn’t first. Disputing billions in black market revenue is a death sentence.

yeah, far better for them to hold up a store at gun point than to sell some weed.

For one offense, I'm in agreement with you but you do it a second, third or fourth time, that's nothing but pure evidence of having a disregard for the law.

You don't seem to understand the problem.

The problem is that after the very first offense, the options are extremely limited. It's not so much a disregard for the law, but more that there are no other options once you have a record. That's the trap a lot of people have gotten caught up in with just that first offense.

I would support my state making it legal if they taxed the frick out of it, used that tax money wisely

How about making it legal because it's the right thing to do?

This is my prediction.

Will make a promise and then let it be known that even his enemies say he keeps his promises

Nope. Nonviolents in prison is over stated. Dig into their history and you will find a violent past.

I mean U.S. incarcerations rates, and any metric you want to use compared to the rest of the planet says your dead wrong but you are free to believe what you want free country and all.

Excuses all the way thru that statement. I'm not that forgiving for someone who repeats his past transgressions as a reason for failure in life. I'm just funny that way.

Excuses not needed if a plant was not illegal.

Putting people in a cage for having a plant. A plant.

Think about that for a moment.

Happens all the time with drunk drivers. Where do you think alcohol comes from? A bottle?

getting arrested for having weed in your house is not the same thing as getting arrested for drunk driving.

I thought I responded to the "plant" guy. I see now I did. Dude, you're barking up the wrong tree with me. I wish the shite had been legalized 45 years ago but it wasn't so until they do, you're/we're breaking the law. I don't like 55 MPH speed limits either but I'm not going to push my luck by driving a hundred. It's against the Law. I only stretch the law so far because I sure as hell don't want that rubber band snapping me back in the face.

Nice visiting with you in a civil way.
