What's a deal with Iran mean anyway? They won't honor it. Keep bombing them.

So Netanyahu has disallowed Trump from signing any deal, despite whether Trump and the Iranians may have signaled their own agreement? You’re seriously saying Bibi is the singular reason there is no deal? I mean, it’s a fair question because that’s the precise thought many of your group hold near.

l don't care what the language of a "deal" says. Any agreement is worthless as long as the aloha snackbars remain in control of their government. It is in their religious creed, encouraged, and permissible to lie to your enemy to get whatever you want. They can only be trusted to NOT be trustworthy.

The main reason I don’t think it’s a disaster is that you all are too eager and wild with this whole thing, desperate at all times, it seems, to deem every next move a disaster or epic failure. As loudly and nonstop as y’all are about it is by default something to avoid putting too much credibility into.

With all the infighting happening now, probably not. But if the current regime stays in power it won't matter.

As long as the Islamic Republic remains in power there is no agreement on the planet they will honor. They will simply wait until Trump is no longer president and then go back to pursuing a nuke at full speed ahead. Anything that gets signed even after a MOU is established won't be worth the paper it's printed on in a couple of years unless the current regime falls.

Well, look, if Trump can get a good and effective agreement in place, then on top of that perhaps work out any kinks as well as create a blueprint for enforcement, it’s up to the next President(s) to take the torch. That’s all he can do. That’s all anyone can do.

Now, if everything works out relatively well and whatever possible agreement, if any, continues to be effective up to, say, the next Democrat President’s successful election, that’s gonna be quite the uproar and problem over arbitrarily rescinding such an agreement.

Then Trump can say he’s fully exhausted that avenue, right in front of the entire world to witness. And on to the next step.

Remember the ceasefire that collapsed when Israel bombed the shite out of Lebanon. Well, that certainly didn’t help. One could make the argument that hindered negotiations.

Vance had to call it a “misunderstanding” about whether Lebanon was included in the ceasefire.

quote:

BEIRUT/TEL AVIV, April 8 (Reuters) - Israel carried out its heaviest strikes on Lebanon since the conflict with Hezbollah broke out last month, killing more than 250 people on Wednesday, as the Iran-aligned group resumed rocket attacks on northern Israel after a brief pause under the two-week U.S.-Iran ceasefire. The strikes ?raised questions about regional truce efforts, with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian saying a ceasefire in Lebanon was an essential condition of his country's agreement with the U.S.

I haven’t heard of a deal being signed but the day is young in USA. Happy Birthday to our President! We have seen the Iranians lie about these deals for what seems months now to stop the bombing. I really don’t care about the time and am glad that our President also seems to be ok waiting this out as it cripples Irans economy.

Signing a deal is to pit one faction against another in Iran to make room for an overthrow.
