Do vaxxers realize the anti-vaxx fight is about freedom and autonomy?

Once you lose freedom you never learn what it’s like to have it. You think the Chinese people and North Korean people know what freedom is? frick no. They have no idea what it means to speak freely, travel between neighborhoods, cities, states, and most counties. They have no idea what it means to own property.
AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA THEIR BODY IS NOT A STATE ASSET.
Once you lose freedom, whether incremental or sudden, the number of deaths to reacquire said freedom will dwarf COVID deaths.
This is a proven historical fact. The 20th century was the most deadly century in world history. People say it can’t happen in the US? Guess what? US persons are not immune from human nature.
How much freedom are you willing to give up?

Right. If this were only the case. However in many cases people are having to choose between taking a medication or their livelihood or show a vaccine passport to travel.
When all you need is the vaccine to protect yourself if you are scared of unvaxxed.

I'm not an anti-vaxxer. I'm against forcing anyone to get a medical treatment they don't want.
FWIW-These are not vaccines, they are therapeutics. Vaccines immunize, these only have some protection.

They are trying to make it about "the science" and being an "anti-vaxxer" because they know deep down what its really about, freedom to choose what we decide to put into our own bodies.
If the government can force you to put something into your own body against your will, there is no limits to their power. We then become subjects instead of citizens.
It's about the long game and big picture. That is why the pro mandate crowd is trying to make it about science denying.

I see “friends” post their anger towards folks hesitant to take the Covid vaccine as if they are purposely trying to kill people. They don’t care about freedoms. It is truly pathetic and sad.

I’m not anti-vaccine.
I am anti-mandate (even through coercion).
These acts, no matter how many “outs” are given, are examples of government overreach stained with a hefty dose of totalitarian influenced tactics. It is tyranny under the guise of public health. Just look at how the VP recently portrayed the circumstances. Only a fool would defend this course of action.

I have a friend who thought covid was a hoax. He stopped believing that when he lost his dad. (Vaccine wasn't available then)
He has now lost his sister and his sister in law both of which may have had their lives saved if they got it.

I am fully vaccinated but I mainly did it for other people. I am around a person that has a compromised immune system a lot. So that’s basically why I decided to get the jab. But in no way do I think people should be forced to get it. I fully support peoples right to make their own decisions about being vaccinated. So fight own Sir I support you!!!
