Patriotism is best shown in ones actions. If you have to rely on physical representations to assert yourself, then it comes off as putting more emphasis on "looking patriotic" than actually being patriotic.

I doubt it. They hate anything good about this country, and are so full of self loathing and are so miserable, they wouldn't be able to do it. Also, nobody would hear it if they did, as snivelcrat rallies usually only have a dozen or less people at them.
