Oh, and judge refused to consider mental state and history of mental illness. This is CA we're talking about.
In CA the sentence for 2nd degree murder is 15 years and $10k (w/o extenuating circumstances)

Hail the Democrats. The monarchs of our country. They've some royalty laws. You touch a Democrat, and you are imprisoned for life. Without any chance for redemption.
Even a lot of murderers are given the chance of eventual parole.
The rand Paul comparison is good though. If anything it's worse than the paul Pelosi shite. Rand was an actual representative. ...and he was savagely attacked for politics. Motherfricker was able to physically attack a United states senator...and only received a slap on the wrist as punishment.
I kinda believe the would be assassin they arrested...who tried to kill trump at the golf course, will probably be given a slap on the wrist also.
