Babbit’s heirs were paid millions for her murder. We can’t afford the lead mechanism unless there is clear evidence of a lethal threat to LE. If there is, then the lead works.

What about the blue ink that banks use when someone tries to rob them. It doesn’t cause harm, but it’s next to impossible to get off your skin. Just dump that on everybody.

Great idea but do it with paintballs filled with the stuff. That way you can single out the ring leaders from the sheep. Take out the "brains" and the mindless sheep fade away
