Yall are going to do it to yourselves again, this is one big circle jerk. Trump aint going to jail, Obama aint going to jail, no one with power and influence is going to jail, no matter what side you are on.

Question for the lawyers on this board. Even if the DOJ determines that there’s not enough for criminal liability, could they be held civilly liable for knowingly causing others to go bankrupt spending hundreds of thousands of $’s defending themselves from bogus allegations?

I can't imagine this goes up to prosecution of Obama. Plus I would bet that he kept some layer of insulation around himself on this that the underlings take the heat. And if thats the case, the supreme court immunity ruling would come into play. He'll play that he was just acting within presidential authority with information that was presented to him.
