When did the Judge issue the order? If she was already out of Massachusetts, then no contempt. Regardless, no law was broken.

My question assumes she is being deported for mere speech in support of a terrorist organization that kills Americans, you have yet to say how that is dangerous to America and Americans, despite your assertion that it was.

She will get her sue process - Before being deported a Judge has to sign off. And she can file a habeas petition - just like many others have and are doing.

For some reason, people do not remember that over 40 American citizens were killed on Oct 7 and 40 of the hostages that Hamas took were American citizens, and they are still holding 5 of them captive.
We should have already blown them back to Allah just for that, regardless of "the Joos."

"We don't actually have any inalterable obligations to non-citizens of this country" just continues to be a very foreign concept for a lot of Americans right now. Which makes complete sense as they've heard a different message for the entire of their lives from nearly every institution.
