Did you know that Mexico is majority white?

So is Puerto Rico. Also nearly every country in South America is majority white or close to 50/50.
Remember that when you hear charges of racism regarding comments or actions towards these places.
Demographics of Mexico
The latest census lists the white population as 47 percent in Mexico, with another 30 percent claiming Mestizo, which is not a real ethnicity but a cultural one made up mostly of Europeans.
The true indigenous population is 21.5 percent. Virtually all of the wealthy Mexicans, politicians, celebrities, etc, are European, Asian or Arabs.

Mexico is a bit misleading.
Northern Mexico (where most immigrants come from) is mostly mestizo.
white mexicans tend to be wealthyish and have no reason to leave the country.

How is Mestizo, which is the mixing of Europeans and Native Americans, a cultural distinction and not a "real" one? According to your own link, 90% of Mexico could be made up of Mestizos, depending on the criteria used.

The American Media recognize the existence of white Hispanics exactly once in our history and they only did it because it was useful to race bait in the Trayvon Martin case
The next time the mainstream media talks about the fact that most Mexicans or Puerto Ricans for that matter or white will be if one of them is a cop and shoots a black guy
