The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government's position.[2] The Act was passed following George Logan's unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798, and was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799.

This makes my blood boil. Our country has ONE foreign policy as directed by the president, whoever that happens to be.
Talk about a "Constitutional Crisis." I hope Trump hammers this!

DJT was quite clear in what time it is. JD expounded upon it, sent to speak to a group of cabal globalist European leaders. He stood at the lectern, eloquently hitting them in the balls, like Sugar Ray Leonard hitting a speed bag.
It is going to get ugly for these globalist elites. The question is, do the perp walks start in Europe or the US first?

"We can't let President Trump, JD Vance and Secretary Hegseth be the voice of America...."
What a fricking dumbass!!!! You actually have to, since Trump and Vance were elected to be that voice, and Hegseth was appointed by Trump and approved by the Senate to be another voice.
And, yes, I am pretty sure he has violated the Logan Act if he in any way interferes with the official foreign policy of the United States as laid out by the President.

Im not uncertain terms he explicitly said he was there to undermine Trump, Vance, and Hegseth. It's time to make an example. If not, people will absolutely decide to put themselves in between this administration and other countries to completely undermine the will of the President. We can't have that, at all. Not with our allies, and certainly not with our enemies.

Didn't they put Manafort in jail for this??
And threaten others? =

They put Manafort through the wringer until they found an unrelated process crime they could charge him with. I believe it was a mortgage thing

He has to go go to jail for this, right? It’s time to make a stronger statement

Historically I would wonder if there was an attorney general and supporting Justice department to make good on prosecuting this. Now that our new AG is at the helm, it would not shock me if she swooped in on this with a quickness.
