Why would you comment on something you have not researched or taken the time to learn about and then double down on ignorance, and refer to those that have thoroughly researched it as conspiracy theorists? Ignorant and lazy is a terrible combination. It’s why so many can’t think for themselves these days I guess

(a) Someone directly accessed DNC servers,
(b) downloaded extensive information, then
(c) passed that info on.
(d) SR had access to those servers.
(e) The FBI has worked hard to bury those facts.
Those are knowns. They are not intelligently debatable.
The unknowns are whether Seth Rich actually accessed the materials, and the murderer's motivations.

They explicitly have stated that they hate people who tie their son's death into this insane conspiracy theory and want you to stop. They sued Fox for pushing it.

As Jimmy Dore just asked in his video. If there is nothing to the conspiracies, why was the FBI forced in court to release Seth Rich documents they once said they didn't have?

$1 million for a suit like that is not so much money. Fox got off easy at that amount. Do you think lawsuits only settle because a defendant is guilty? The overwhelming majority of lawsuits settle because it is expensive as frick, especially a high profile one like that where they are seeking millions in money damages. It was way easier for Fox to cut their losses and resolve the lawsuit. That’s why most lawsuits settle, even a lot of frivolous ones. It’s expensive to fight lawsuits.
