Is there a mechanism for 'in camera review' for discovery?

in a case like this, that would violate the defendant's due process rights. they couldn't prepare for a trial if they had to go in the judge's chambers everytime they needed an associate or paralegal to review/document/summarize a piece of evidence

I read that they filed for a speedy trial and in the same article read it will reconvene July 6th.

I just can't see action by the SC, OIG report, new information not known, etc not changing the entire game before this comes to a conclusion and is the "loss" that it sounds like it will ultimately be.

As of now, this was a win for Muller

Nope

He is now on record saying that:

He isn't ready to conclude the Flynn case
Hes not prepared to show his jurisdiction in the Manafort case
Hes not ready to try the Russian case

In the meantime we learn Mueller hired a team of investigators, that had planted a spy into the organization that he was tasked to investigate, prior to his authority being granted to conduct said investigation, who then used said spy as the very reason the investigation was warranted

Pretty clearly a textbook case of entrapment

Don’t forget it gave his cohorts the automatic rebuttal of “23 indictments” to any discussion about the ineptness of his efforts to find real collusion.

Btw, this is classic Weissman

He did the exact same thing in the Enron case. Went after Arthur Anderson hard, then had all those convictions set aside by the Supremes in a rare 9-0 vote

Did the same to Merrill Lynch, and the 5th circuit rebuked him in that case

He is Mueller's #2

He also congratulated Sally Yates on her bucking Trumps travel ban, which the Supremes yet again disagreed with him on

So let me ask you this...when do you think this gets dropped, dismissed, thrown-out, goes into discovery etc?

Because until then, the pros for Muller outweigh the cons...so, at this point, he got what he wanted. PR, Headlines, "Progress".

The OIG report is going to be a game changer. Cohen is going to be a game changer. Political pressure on the SC is going to be a game changer.

There's no way the "huge mistake" gets fully exposed and plays out before something makes it irrelevant.

All the points people are making are valid...I just don't think we're going to get there.

Don't forget Mueller plays this way as well, ex Scooter Libby and those guys he let die in jail.

Anecdotally....I watched George Webb's video at the courthouse a couple days ago. He said Mueller's team was strutting around and conducting themselves as if their shite didn't stink. He said the others he was around, there in the building, felt the same way. Seems consistent with everything else we know about these clowns.

July 10th is. Nobody wants to talk about that trial though. It’s sneaking up quickly and observation of behavior patterns will tell the story.

Just so I'm clear, are you saying FBI just spend billions of taxpayer dollars doing recon on Russia, all of which we now have to freely give to Russians who will with no doubt share said info with Putin?

It’s not going to matter after July 10th. Americans will start to see how the game was being played.
