Roberts is technically correct, but ignores the reality of the issue. 200 years ago we had the Supreme Court and few, if any federal judges. Today, we have over 12 in the State of Louisiana alone. If a random federal judge can shut down the actions of an entire branch , then the separation of powers is broken. These sort of requests should be plead direct to the circuit court of appeal. They should have to rule on them en banc. This will cut down on the BS filings and rulings. It will also expedite the judicial decision making process.

for 200 years, Supreme Court Justices remained impartial and didn't pick sides in political discourse. Yet, here we are.

There’s a reason why the constitution doesn’t give judges any enforcement power. Courts can’t enforce shite against the Executive Branch. Not even a baby turd

Maybe time to impeach Roberts too.

The idea that we should never criticize the judiciary is absurd. How do you have a fair and healthy democracy if you allow one third of the coequal branches of government a veil that shrouds them from criticism? The only way the judiciary can remain viable and trusted is to subject them to the same criticism and critiques as the other branches. If not, they can just do whatever the hell they want because they’ve been placed above everyone else.

]Desperate times call for desperate measures when the enemy of the United States sovereignty comes from within.
You can't ignore or violate our laws from Congress regarding immigration, etc. for decades and then suddenly hide behind said installed judges and laws that suit you.
Once the Dems prioritized agenda over existing laws, they can't now clutch the Pearls of the Constitution piecemeal.

Note to Roberts, under your watch , we are way past "appropriate" when it comes to lawfare from your branch to stop who the people elected as the president.

If Roberts doesn't want Congress to impeach rogue judges grossly exceeding their powers, perhaps the courts should do a better job of cleaning up he mess themselves.

So this is fair, but there should also be a way to do it...which there is. We shouldnt have a president who goes on social and insults a judge anytime he doesnt get the outcome that he wants.

I have to disagree. It’s robust public discourse. Social media is the medium that President Trump uses to get his message out unfiltered. There is also history between them as this judge helped rubber stamp the FISA abuse that was waged against his campaign. He remains in his position because of a feckless Congress and that bum John Roberts.. the executive branch cannot function by insisting the president bend over and continue to take it up the arse by a rouge judiciary.

There are glaring conflict of interest issues with this judge in this case. Not to mention he could be shown to have personal bias against Trump. and should recuse.
what’s the conflict?

When 1 branch becomes unhinged, you need the others to check it.
The above is only one example of hundreds I've witnessed in my time.
Why don't you libtards ever stand up for what is right for America?
Go boss somebody else you little commie bitch.
