Did anyone else see Cavuto a few minutes ago

He said that the Chinese had far superior balloon technology, compared to the US, and that their "spy balloon" was at an altitude twice as high as US balloons are capable of flying 
The "spy balloon" is averaging 60,000 ft.
I have monitored Hbal616, one of our weather balloons that was launched in New Mexico a few days ago, and it maintained an altitude of 60,000-63,000 ft the entire time. ALL of our weather balloons fly at these altitudes.
