By almost every definition and metric he is. Not only did he lie us into a two-decade war, but he lined his own pockets doing it. He and the rest of the Bush administration should be in the cells at Gitmo, not the Muslims who've been there for 2 decades.

Plausible Deniability. The whole DC Cabal have succumbed to the power of status and money. To varying degrees of criminal complicity. That is why it cannot be reformed, as reformation for the worst (treasonous profiteering and prosecution for it) would begin a falling of the dominoes all the way to Systematic collapse. And they know it and hide behind the Muh Dictator plausible deniability card.
It's all about the Narrative and which (subjective) pov an individual chooses. We can clearly see that on this pretty sophisticated Board as both sides are true believers in their respective version of truth.
It's going to be like the attempt to establish a Digital Currency System...must happen in one fail sweep with the old going away. Dems know that spending toward a collapse of the Private Economy (Alinsky's "engineered collapse") is the way for "fundamental change". Same with the DC Deep State.

Hiding the secrets? What secrets? We all saw with our own two eyes a bunch of bullshite happen on live television. Two planes collapsed three skyscrapers. Anyone who thinks that is on the level is an imbecile. Then we saw them repeatedly lie for years afterwards dragging us into a decades long war.

The first government okay came from his office.
