And did so without due process. And it was ok for him.

No it’s is generally concerning when the executive branch operates outside the law as established by the legislative branch and court orders issued by the judicial branch. that’s a pretty big issue.

I’m sure you were equally as concerned about this from 2020-2024.

Take that L.

there is a difference between trying to dictate foreign policy and dictating what the US law requires.

If they brought a suit in Mass, and were deported from mass, a Mass judge would have full authority to stat or reverse the deportation while legal challenges are heard.

And if the Admin doesn’t like it they can go to an appeal court and the SCOTUS

The idea that judges don’t have authority over cases being heard in their jurisdiction is asinine.

I can hear the anger and the lisp as you type this... I imagine you are spitting all over the keyboard as well...

I hope the pain you suffer is permanent...

Judicial is not superior to executive or legislative. Sorry.

I notice you didn't touch this:

he’s a federal judge you moron,

also federal immigration laws apply everywhere in the US.

Well we agree on two counts, one you are a moron, and two, he is a federal judge......not the entire supreme court.

Probably something similar to when a judge in Massachusetts demands that Sudan comply with their order regarding an illegal immigrant from Myanmar deported from Texas.

Not a fricking thing.

In all my years reading this board, I never thought I’d see a lawyer who makes the esteemed know it all lawyer on this board seem reasonable.

Congrats, Sammy. You did it. Would be nice if your clients knew your TD name.

Again, I’m 100% certain you were equally concerned with checks and balances from 2020-2024.

Genius, any person that is in the US illegally has committed a crime and is subject to deportation. That isn’t subject to judicial review

It was a federal district judge. Not a state judge. Not sure where your Fed > State comes in.

The other side doesn't care about the American people, just votes and anything to destroy the nuclear family.

No surprise Mass judge, sitting in Ivory Tower, living in gated community, the only law they follow is the "law of gotcha Trump". Soulless, treasonous, petty zealots who should be placed on the watch list.
