The fear propaganda of sending any illegal to Africa has done wonders. I know of two families who self deported back to Columbia.
Idk if the africa shite is true or not, but the fear of it maybe being true is working. No one wants to be sent to africa. Any country in Africa.

These 20 million people in the last wave are very transient. They arent like most Americans who have put down roots. You make them very uncomfortable with ICE raids, eventually they will take their new f-150, pack up their big screen TV and go home, versus risk losing everything when ICE visits them at work.
I bet a million have self deported, and I doubt they trust getting on ICE database to collect a grand, they will just go home and think they can return.

That is exactly what it was intended to do and a stroke of genius. I think they were going to take less than 2K but no one knows the number its just the fact you can go home......or be shipped to Africa. Yikes.

Because there is a strong possibility that they entered legally via some policy in place, such aa asylum, at the time of entry. Therefore the term “immigrant” is an appropriate catch-all term in this particular instance, while understanding your point that a majority may be illegal
