So it all happens because of phishing attacks? And the end result is the democrats experienced enforced transparency? I'm not sure I'd rather an America that is hack-free but led by Clinton.

It names 2 specific RIS (Russian intelligence services)
It prefaced this by saying it was both civilian and military.
Says there is a long history from ATP28/ATP29 targeting government officials. It gives 0 specifics or proof of this history.
Gives you information you already know on how phishing works. Phishing is actually quite simple and I could probably do it if I put the effort into it.
Use bitly to shorten URL. Make website that looks the same as Target website. Get loser to believe your site is legit and put their login info in.
