This case will go to SCOTUS and they will rule Trump had the authority to declassify and indeed did declassify the docs.

This is bullshite and trying to deceive the public. They claim a coversheet classifies these documents. These documents have to be stamped with the appropriate classification. Have you seen one redacted document with that stamp?

I’d say a sock drawer isn’t a secure location. Neither is an email server.
And neither is taking pictures of the documents and plastering it all over the internet.

I would think that’s location that was protected by the Secret Service was pretty damn secure. I would also assume that since it was requested at a previous visit that Trump install an additional lock, which he did, that the FBI and Archives weren’t too concerned about the security.
If so, they could have sat on the docs and waited for a subpoena right then to be delivered and to take the documents.
They clearly had no concerns about security for the past 18 months or since they visited MAL to review/request doc return.

How’s this a good thing. This is what they have been saying the whole time. Their narrative is that classified documents are mixed in with documents that aren’t classified.
That’s why they released that the folders were empty.

There is definitely an EO pertaining to declass of docs. You should have seen it by now. But he can declass at will in any way he sees fit. That's why the president does not have a security clearance. He's the authority on classified materials.
