but the idea this was some loophole for rich people is ridiculous.

Its well known the wealthy got preferential treatment.

I prefer a commander in chief who actually knows a bit about our military and how it works.

Ok

You still got fooled by Laura Loomer, it sounds like, and look like a complete retard

Then you get so twisted in defense of your dear leader, you contorted yourself to defend Trump dodging the draft while millions of his peers served, even if they didn't want to be there

And then he has the gall to shite on POWs because he wanted to dunk on McCain

Like I said, a new low, even for this board, and completely pathetic

Doesn't a “urinalysis coordinator” examine other officers penises & ask them to pee in a cup?

As the coordinator, I doubt he ever had to be one of the observers. I never got volunteered for that, thankfully. There was always one guy entirely too eager to meat gaze.

I have long held the belief that the Nam draft was slavery and a dark time. It's not in defense of Trump.

Totally

Hating our Government using the draft to send young men to go fight and die in unnecessary wars is definitely the same thing as hating our military

When I was at Polk, one sergeant in supply would ALWAYS volunteer for this. Nobody wanted to do it but SSG whatever his name was always there....watching.

Do you deny that there was an official process to determine military suitability, and that many people legitimately failed it?

I’m sure many of those people were happy they failed it. I’m sure many were distraught at failing it because they wanted to serve.

I’m not judging any of them.

Sure, I agree. Mine was a reply specifically to highlight the same scenario involving Desantis and “this board.”

Well maybe you should condemn, or at the very least question, Trump’s recent criticisms of DeSantis where Trump comes off sounding more like Gavin Newsome than a man who is a conservative seeking the Republican nomination.

Using a Navy officer’s service record as a hit is a new low even for Deep State Don defenders

He probably did that. In GTMO you wear a lot of hats.

He also could have been on a JTF duty rotation to advise on terrorists issues while locked up. But they brought in big wigs civilian lawyers-- for that. The media are idiots thinking he ordered the force feeding the terrorists.

So I imagine he was also the one that signed off on Last Will and Testaments of active duty. Used LES's to prove presence when asked in civilian courts involving active duty.

A Third class Petty Officer rank criteria usually stand and watch when AD are taking a piss test. Ron would have done the paper work.

All honorable jobs, all jobs in the military are honorable, but he was not a fighter pilot.

Welcome to the world. People with connections always get special treatment. It doesn’t mean that screening process was illegitimate.

Many regular people were excluded, many who wanted to serve.

Wonder how many here would have been trying to bail out at all costs had there been a draft for any of the recent foreign conflicts. It's easy to criticize people when you never faced the fear of being drafted into a shite war.

It's 100% different when you voluntarily enlist and know the realities of what you may face.

If you're a coward just say you're a coward. Don't pull the hippie bullshite that you're just against a "shite war."
