If I say something specific about HHTM sucking off Rubio, as he has said is his desire, and in doing say I say how sick it is then that statement is about HHTM and not a generalization of all dudes that suck off other dudes.

A cousin of mine that was in the AF for nearly 30 years said it has changed a lot to what you are describing. It's more akin to the USPS than the military of old.

Your argument is essentially that Trump misspoke. Mine is that he simply became emotional and let the quiet part slip. He's shown over and over that he's exactly who I'm saying he is.

Thats a collateral duty, and him being an officer means that he was in charge of the program which makes sense bc it’s closely tied with Legal. I guarantee he wasn’t watching anyone pee. They reserve that duty for the junior guys.

what a load of shite. My unit had a urinalysis specialist who was an NCO. not a task for officers. usually a buck sergeant. 1st sergeant picks people he wants tested and pee guy collects samples.
Desantis seemed to a be shite officer being given menial tasks that can be handled by a brand new E5.
