Any judge that has their rulings overturned do not understand the constitution, therefore they should be removed from the bench.

It’s an unlawful order by an activist judge
If you let them do this we never accomplish anything. And it’s unfortunate it’s come to this, but our system works great when everyone respects it and uses it as intended. These judges are abusing it and acting like they’re superior to the other branches. They are not infallible. Yes there’s an appeals process and that’s being used and these cases always get overturned but the judges are trying to gum up the works and run out the clock.
What needs to happen is they need to be held accountable by Congress and removed. Then this shite would stop. It’s basically like our judges were Charles McGill for decades and now we have a bunch of slippin Jimmys
