The only thing that matters is what people believe.
A very large majority of Republican primary voters believe the 2020 election was a fraud just as Trump does.
Half of Democrats believe it they just don't care.
Trump may be a loser but making a Trump is a loser argument to Republican primary voters is not a winning play.
A better case for DeSantis to make would be to say yes Trump was robbed. Do you want to vote again for the guy who allowed it to be stolen? Or do you want to vote for the guy who's promising it will never happen again.
