No it does not. What it does is give an opposite choice and stand our ground.

I'm not interested in a win at any cost. you have seen it through out this thread and others. We are done with the name above the door labels.

John McCain was no more conservative than Ted Kennedy. He had the opportunity to put down ACA and he told the GOP voters... F uck you!

Paul Ryan.. the same thing.

We ar literally done with the Name Above the Door means GOOD... It doesn't.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

Falsification of business records is a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitations has run out. So they need to link it to the intent to commit "another crime" in order to move it up to a felony, for which the statute of limitations hasn't run out.

And what is that crime according to the filing? "Identifying and purchasing negative information about him to suppress its publication and benefit the Defendant’s electoral prospects."

How is that a crime? Notice how they don't cite what law or statute that is supposed to have broken.

OK cool, but each indictment is Falsifying business records in the first degree, which is a felony. The misdemeanor would just be Falsifying business records. They're 2 different statutes.

*ETA: all 34 charges are felonies. Your prior post is wrong

Not even the GOP has the campaign infrastructure that Trump has.

To reality?

He disputed that Trump was charged with 34 felonies.

I posted the actual indictment and law, showing he's charged with, in fact, 34 felonies.

This is not something that's in dispute with people living in reality.

Being unable to see the harvesting and fraud is willful ignorance. It’s noted though.

Yes, they are.

They are scared of Trump because they can't control him. He also knows 100% how they manipulated 2020 and he 100% knows everyone behind Russia Collusion.

They think they can control Ron, but I'm not convinced he's flipped Neo-Con, but they believe they can manuever him like they did Trump somewhat in 2016 because he would be so new and have to rely pn people to instruct him on things.

Donald knows where he was led wrong and I imagine he's told Ron too.

They are scared shitless of Trump

You're deliberately ignoring the circuitous route they chose to make the case for these being felonies. I'll stipulate to their being felonies if they're all predicated on the DA reaching around his arse to scratch his nose.

Ray Charles can see what these crooked frickers are up to, but by all means, continue to wallow in your willful ignorance to the situation.

No no. You show who you are with all your posts.

- Yet another thread today where you 100% refused to answer the effects of "FREE TRADE" with a communist nation. You can't because it hurts your whole narrative.

- your passive aggressive attack on this topi without answering says it all.

Nope. He disputed that they are accurate.

I was trying to warn this very board about ballot harvesting in 2020. It's not always illegal or fraudulent, though.

No I'm stating a fact.

He is indicted for 34 felonies. That is a fact. I posted the indictment for you to read.

What is this craziness?

I've never said this is a strong case. Be that as it may, Trump is indicted on, and charged with 34 felonies. He entered a plea of not guilty to all of them. That is reality and where we're at. Now he can file a motion to dismiss to test out your theory and see if it works.

NY law doesn’t require them to specify the underlying crime that elevates the falsification charge to a felony in the indictment.

Obviously they would have to show it at any trial.

It’s probably the best thing for DeSantis to do for his political future. If he were to run against Trump, Trump will try to tear him down and would probably win this go around. Even if DeSantis won, people who are only-Trump probably would not vote for DeSantis, or if Trump ran as an independent he would take votes from DeSantis. Might as well avoid that damage now.

Right. So instead of responding in this thread, to the comments I made in this thread, you just randomly decided to talk about something else entirely?

Par for the course I suppose.

Eta: I’ve also never called anyone Deplorables. You seem to forget that I voted for Donald Trump twice, and will do so again if he’s the nominee.

I castigate the always-Trump wing of the party because you guys cannot understand that people who do not think exactly like you are needed to win elections.

Your preferred strategy of “frick them” was fun in 2015 and worked 2015-2017. It stopped working after that. The voting base has to expand, or Trump will lose again in 2024.
