Just as we saw during Trump’s presidency, I am absolutely convinced that establishment moles in DeSantis’ inner campaign circle deliberately have sandbagged DeSantis at every term.

I think he was a victim of neverTrump forces within the party. Not from them trying to stifle him though. They still think the path to power is the establishment. His presidential campaign was nothing like I expected.
