We’re beyond that. His court has been completely unconstitutional.

He’s just trying to get a conviction at any cost so Biden can say “convicted felon Donald Trump”.

If it's a grift, maybe it's been worth it, but he has said almost all his NYC friends have disowned him for his positions the last few years.

And in your mind the actions of this judge are perfectly rational and normal...

You should really just shut the frick up with your dumbass opinions...

And then he (Merchan) can collect his federal judgeship.

My post makes perfect sense. Dersh's bread is buttered with MAGA support these days. He'll say any stupid or insane thing the echo chamber wants to hear, whether he believes it (or it being rational/realistic) or not. This is particularly shameful stuff. He shed honor/respect to get paid, which is why it's a grift.

You’re a liberal low level lawyer turd that says plenty of stupid ands insane things also. You come off as a jealous bitch that Dershowitz has earned the right for his opinion to be respected and you can’t get any respect on the local internet board.

The dude cited an example of this happening. Its not as far-fetched as you so desperately want it to be, and while he is a legal journalist in search of clicks, pretty much all of the heavy hitters in terms of legal journalism have characterized Merchan as a biased judge looking to make an example of Trump an nearly any cost.

You dont have to post your bullshite in every thread you know. Sometimes, its best to just STFU. This is one of those times.

There won't be, because people who protest for Trump get imprisoned

The J6 folks had no idea what would happen.

This is a different case. The numbers of people protesting nationwide will be staggering. It will overwhelm our law enforcement and justice system if they even attempt to arrest anyone other than those who perpetuate actual violence. Especially if Trump end up in Rykers...

What would end up happening is some sort of walkback - Trump will be allowed to continue campaigning, immediate USSC review, etc. They will have to do something.

The oven is preheating. Red paint is more expensive than white. Vegetables are fresh or frozen. My post makes as much sense as yours SFP.

Maybe that is the intention. Maybe it’s not.

Factually speaking, alternates are NOT typically released at this point. If they were dismissed and a juror then had a heart attack and died, it would create a problem. This is the main reason it is customary to not dismiss them prematurely. It would be quite odd if they were dismissed at this point.

The irony with SFP is so thick you couldnt cut it with a chainsaw.

He accuses Dersh of being a MAGA apologist as he spams the everlivingfrick out of TD grifting for the democrats. This is a perfect example.

When people ask for an example of an attention seeking cuck I send them a link to your TD profile. :)

He's the worst. But hey... as long as he can continue to convince himself that the rest of civilized society is insane, and he is the lone voice of reason, he will continue his mental masturbation and naval gazing all over this board until he eventually gets banned again.

Doesn’t matter. That want the “guilty” verdict as a narrative they can pound in everyone’s face, regardless of how they get there or the outcome of any appeal.

There are exceptions, but for the most part people with money don't try to convince others they have it. Same with intelligence, and there are even fewer exceptions there.

Dershowitz is grifting for Trump? If that’s the case, up truly is down. What would he even have to gain from this?

Every jury trial I have ever had or witnessed had the judge dismiss the alternates at the close of the evidence. They're only there if a juror has to be replaced DURING THE TRIAL. Not to break a deadlock or avoid a hung jury.
