how can Dersh be bound with confidentiality of a dead man?

That is a pretty solid melt.

So now all the Joo Tards are going to trust a guy named Dershowitz?

The words are wrong. Epstein's visitors weren't clients, they were more like "guests" since they didn't pay Epstein for his underage offerings.
Epstein's only real clients were the intel agencies that he catered to with information, influence and the treat of blackmail.

In most jurisdictions, the attorney is still bound by attorney-client privilege even after the client dies.

Alan Dershowitz
Since he’s on the list, he has personal reasons to keep it hidden

They are a bunch of weirdos. Just listen to this lunatic. I bet this freak also tore labels off mattresses:

He’s also protected by the 5th amendment against incriminating himself.

Like this guy?

To be fair, Patel and Bongino have only said that they haven’t seen the evidence. I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
Why? They were balls deep on disclosing this shite for years. Why the sudden "aw shucks, well nevermind"?
Kash is the head of the fricking FBI. They cockteased this for months. They're either lying now OR they were lying back then when they teased it after getting in office.

He knows at least one name on the list, Alan Dershowitz

I always heard he was there a bunch.
Wasn’t Dershowitz his attorney at one time?
That explains visits
Just like his pilots and maids etc

Dersh sitting pretty good knowing that everybody knows he is on the list and feels comfortable that he did nothing wrong. One would think he, as a lawyer, has had a cross word with some and would very much like for those names to come out publicly and watch them take on arrows and squirm.

Meh. 6/10. I can do better. 10/10 would've been the video I saw earlier of a bunch of people burning their MAGA hats because of the Epstein debacle, Ukraine funding etc... I guess hat burning is the right wings version of flag burning.
