That has NOTHING to do with my post that you quoted. I merely pointed out that the exception rule ONLY applies when they specifically target material which is protected by attorney client privelege. Just because they collected the data today doesn't mean they will get to view it, a "clean team" will remove it before they do, and if they want to then see that, they will have to go back to court and convince a judge that they need it specifically and ask for an exception to the attorney client privilege.
That yo don't understand the process but comment on it anyway is a reflection of your stupidity.
Now, as Dersh said tonight, no way I'd trust the FBI to clean this themselves, I'd be in court tomorrow requesting the warrant be quashed and failing that requesting that a judge be appointed to clean the files before the FBI reviews them.
