Your mom was good with my sexuality last night soooo...

But all that aside...I’m sure Muffy Manaforts “manhandling” was because they touched her furs or yelled at too loud.

Wow. The white privilege is on fire this am

These are the type of compelling, reasonable political arguments that give me faith in the future of our republic.

A clean team will remove all such material before investigators look at evidence collected.

You are the stupidest person on this site if you actually believe that.

You trust the FBI? Those dumb fricks are so biased that they overlooked the HUGE crimes Hillary committed. And before you spout some bullshite, I am referring to the fact that Hillary gave her email data (that contained classified information) to her attorneys for them to remove the "yoga and wedding stuff". Problem is her attorneys did not have the proper clearance.

The attorneys admitted to received the information. Nobody was charged. It does not matter what their "intent" was it was a criminal act that anyone else would go to jail for.

Just because they collected the data today doesn't mean they will get to view it, a "clean team" will remove it before they do, and if they want to then see that, they will have to go back to court and convince a judge that they need it specifically and ask for an exception to the attorney client privilege.

Oh, well as long as there’s some “clean team” to look at paperwork considered to be as sacrosanct as the marriage privilege and concerning the most powerful man in the universe then all is okay. It won’t matter. I’m sure this “clean team” has the ability to un-see everything that is put before it. And Lord knows they’ll have nothing but justice in mind. If anything, they should let the bastion of integrity and competence known as the FBI produce the “clean team”. Then we would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that any such investigation would be on the up and up.

No, rational people should question what level of evidence must have allowed this search warrant to go through.

This isn't really the same, but supposedly getting a fisa warrant to spy on American citizens requires an obscene amount of evidence, and is one of the hardest warrants to get.
Over a year ago, the fbi got one with a yahoo article.

Second is, homey, I’ve never committed a crime or worked with a hostile country to launder money...so I’m good. No door kickin happening to me tonight.

You are being ironic aren’t you? Surely you get that this entire conversation is about protecting innocent Americans (such as yourself) from the out of control, over reaching arm of law enforcement. Certainly you understand civil rights aren’t about protecting criminals from prosecution. They exist to prevent that door from getting kicked down tonight. Or are you just trolling?

It is 100% fact that the material will be cleaned before the investigators get to see what hasn't been deemed to be prieleged material.

The question of trusting the cleaners is an entirely separate issue, and I have written in this thread at least five times now that I do NOT trust the FBI and would be in court requesting that a federal magistrate act as the cleaner. I have further posted that it is absolutely hilarious that the FBI allowed Hillary's lawyers to decide which emails the FBI could look at to determine whether Hillary had classified emails on her server.

You sir are the dumb one.

This is no different that someone who is convinced the raid is political without knowing what was referred.

You seriously believe it is acceptable to just investigate people until you find a crime?

He is a true legal scholar and a civil libertarian and he does not believe that politics should be a consideration in enforcing the law, either way.

It's reported that they are looking at Cohen for a political contribution violation and bank fraud.

I can see the in kind contribution angle, but bank fraud would be quite a stretch if he did it with his own funds and never received money directly from the campaign. They cannot be that stupid.

I have no idea whether or not they’re innocent. That doesn’t have anything to do with my point. A point I don’t think I have the ability (or the patience) to explain to you. Perhaps a better communicator will step up and clarify.

There were some very interesting transactions going on with the campaign the week before the payoff

I’m going to say that you believe that this is the case as long as they have a (D) beside their name. Why do you guys hang on Trump’s nuts like he’s the GOP messiah? Lol he used Trump “Foundation” donations to purch an oil painting of himself to hang in Tramp Tower....and just settled out of court because of his fraudulent Trump University scam. Damn...you baws are really frightened of a (R) being impeached because how badly it will reflect on your party.
