As i believe should happen. The false narrative has been that the victim sprayed the mace.
From that still photo, the victim may only be guilty of a verbal and physical altercation. It appears all of the escalating violence and the shooting is attributable to the antifags. Maybe i wasnt clear enough.

Sure it’s in play, but you risk murder charges.
I, personally, would not risk murder charges due to being maced.
The point is that in some cases you could make the case that you were in reasonable fear for your life after being maced and having a legit fear your weapon could be taken and used against you.

I don’t think you can argue that when you’re carrying concealed. This isn’t like Rittenhouse where he has a brandished weapon he’s at risk of losing.

Well, I'm not a detective, but the antifag that is slapping the victim is armed with a can of bear mace. The victim does not possess any type of weapon in this still photo. The shooter is to his rear right at close range. My hypothesis is the antifag sprayed the bear mace at the victim when the shooter shot him in the head from behind. Prove me wrong.
Holy shite. You understand you have the parties reversed, right?
Prove me wrong

You clarified. I see what you meant now.

Well , that’s what you get for thinking incorrectly. Biden’s Boys settling scores.

It may depend on when your weapon became non-concealed

Maybe, but even then Kyle tried to de-escalate at every opportunity. He only fired when he ran out of options.
This guy could have just... walked away. He wasn’t at all incapacitated from the pepper spray evidenced by his ability to fire and look around.
Even if he drew his weapon in response to what he thought may have been a lethal weapon, he had not lost initiative and there were plenty of people around him to lend aid. He shot well after the pepper spray.

He shot a guy that was backing away from him.

I'm not saying it's an actual defense, I'm just saying the case may be able to be made. Hell, that cop in Atlanta that shot the dude who pointed the taser at him is going to use that defense (granted a taser is apparently considered a deadly weapon in GA but I would say that pepper spray would incapacitate someone for far longer than a taser).

The case could be made if there weren’t video to the exact contrary.

Does anyone have a video of that? That could very well be the case but I just haven't seen the video yet. I'm definitely leaning towards the shooter overreacting but I'm not ruling anything out at this point.

I haven't seen any video beyond the potato cam 3000 footage filmed from 500 feet away.

There’s a gif in the main thread on the last page

There’s a video and frame by frame break down it the main thread.

I may have them confused. The BLM shirt may actually be anti BLM.

There were 50 cops within 100 feet. The shooter wasn’t afraid for his life. That guy is getting manslaughter for sure.

Will a Denver jury convict this guy?
Also, clearly we need to ban private security. /sarcasm

Is that a video or still frames stitched together?
