Also, the democrats a few days ago lamented the fact that they weren't in briefings with their republican colleagues. Republicans cited the fear of leaks. The democrats continue to prove this a valid concern, immediately leaking the substance of the briefing.

And heres the money shot. They weren't spying (because that would be illegal) They were following appropriate procedures and protocols to monitor the entire Trump campaign apparatus
But . . . . . . . . . what they failed to mention from day 1 is, that they lied through their teeth in order to get approval 'to implement the appropriate procedures and protocols' to spy on Trump
