President Trump on Tuesday said the Democratic Party is not willing to make concessions in negotiations over the expiring Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and would allow the federal government to close to get their demands met in a funding bill.

Trump needs to have a prime time speech, lay out what is proposed by the right, explain what the left wants and why they are trying to hold the American people hostage. Explain that the left can compromise or ICE can ship every DACA person home.

Illegal immigration over American workers. Shameful.
Trump pushing back on DACA in September was a smart move. He's demanding that congress find a permanent solution, which puts a lot of pressure on Democrats.
Seeing as how Democrats are threatening a shut down, I guess they haven't figured out how to negotiate amnesty for all and open borders. After all, that's what moderate Americans want, right?

He was absolutely right to tell them to go pound sand. Those "we'll give you what YOU want later" deals are BS, and everyone knows it.
It's time for the majority to act like they have the leverage, which they do.

First of all, Dems haven't done "bipartisan" in a decade. Second, that's not how any of this works.
