And impeachment, multi year manhunt for protestors (not rioters), wrongful shooting of a protestor, years of media being sensationalist and calling it the gravest attack on the union since the war of northern aggression, house committees and so on

Guess my point is you can't really consider this an open call to violence without agreeing that Trump was openly calling for violence. The language used was almost identical.

I think it's pretty obvious that there were portions of the protests that weren't peaceful. I consider property destruction a form of violence and it is clear that has happened. It's likely a very small % of the people protesting but it's clear that there was violence.
