LINK

Reuters has them up just one point as of today.

4.7 point lead makes house control a complete toss up.

The trend is what matters though, and the lead has shrunk consistently over 2018

They were never up 12 like they polled

Fake polls attempted to demotivate republicans

It didn’t work

They’ll keep it close now or have democrats up small through election so they won’t be said to be too wrong after republicans fare well in upcoming elections

Same ole thing

I think this is why you have seen some tempering of the Russian narrative. They saw the internal polling and realized it wasn't effective.

As long as the GOP can produce good candidates that aren't Roy Moore batshit crazy, the good economy keeps on rolling along, and muh russia keeps petering out like it is right now, and the Trump Admin doesn't royally frick up somewhere, the GOP will have a punchers chance of keeping the house.

I’d say they have more than this.

Democrats really misplayed their hand after Parkland thinking they could go all in on banning guns

The thing is, if the pubs are within five or just even they usually pick up seats most times. the mid terms will depend on turnout, if Trumpkins turn out then look out...

I’d really love to see this broken down by state and congressional swing districts

If possible it would be amazing to have it play out like 2016, where Democrats were super cocky heading into the day and then it was this shocking result that evening as the results trickled in

If somehow Republicans don't lose seats the Melt will make their reaction to Trump being elected seem like they took it well

Frankly. If Republicans managed to gain seats I personally would recommend that you ensure your magazines are all filled

THis - these 'special elections' have been just that - Dems selected good candidates that matched the constituency. But those were 'selections' not winners of a DEM primary - as long as the DEM primaries produce socialists and other mental freaks, I think that the GOP will fare well.

What I don't understand is why there is not a RED wave coming. How can a DEM unseat a GOPer anywhere based on the development of the past year is beyond me.

It makes no sense to me at all.
