It's not really stunning, as they were already being investigated for smurfing:
(smurfing is a money laundering scheme where by a large sum of cash is spread out to many accounts in small, less conspicuous, amounts.)

Decaturd was all over the Tim Poole money story. He should be along soon to vehemently condemn this.

Unfortunately, penalties for FEC violations do not include incarceration time, only monetary damages.
With that, since we know the group will just dissolve and declare bankruptcy then pop up again as some other group (see ACORN-ACCE Action and ACORN International), I would love to see the executive staff and anyone directly involved with this receive the same amount of fines as the entity receives (even, and especially, if it means garnishing their wages until they die).

Pretty much anyone who shouted Putin puppet at anyone should be in here condemning the entire democrat party.
But they won’t.

When you cook the books to assign these donations to real people in an attempt to hide those donations, I think you've gone beyond an FEC violation and into fraud.

She jumped in a thread yesterday to defend Victoria Nuland.

Was this worse than the Bill Clinton campaign laundering million$ from China through destitute Buddhist monks in 1990’s? Nothing new for the DNC, cheating 24/7 365 has been their MO for decades.

That was a X-post by Speaker Mike Johnson...he's the one most Trump supporters want to dump, because he attempts to change rules or follows the rules he cannot change, instead of going scorched earth.

That's not necessarily true. In 2012 the DOJ investigated this exact thing with a person accepting $60,000 for the Obama campaign. They made it a criminal charge. Max charges were 5 years and $250,000 in fines.

Sprinkle in a little interstate election fraud and you have a RICO case.

The House Committee will do nothing but talk.
Ken Paxton will have to put them in jail.
