Russia and China are laughing at us knowing this. What happens when stupid people control election outcomes? This is not a problem easily fixed and it was something the founders didn’t envision.

I agree with this.
The problem is they protect their own stupid people.
The media covers for them. You see, it never happened. It's already been debunked.
The tech world covers for them. They just shut people up they don't like.
And obviously the politicians protect their own. The brave freedom fighters who looted were let go. You even walk around DC any time in January and you are white, you are going to jail.
That last one is a bit exaggerated, but not much.
It's amazing how the truth suddenly comes out. Oh, the vaccine is great. Oh the kids should go back to school. Oh, lockdowns don't work. Blake did have a knife so no need to riot again!

Yep, it's the bane of Socialism: Socialism works well until you run out of other people's money.
Basically once over half of citizens become government dependents, they will continue to vote for increased government dependency.
This leads to higher taxes against the producers to pay for the increased government debt.
The produces either leave for greener pastures, retire or become government dependents.
Then at some point the economy comes crashing down.
