It was a great idea. We don't have any more money for foreign aid, Ukraine took it all. If countries need foreign aid, they need to ask Ukraine for help.

this was trumps plan all along..... oversaturate the political space with moves all happening at once. even the small ones like renaming the gulf have an effect of taking part of the narrative and splitting resources
