I’ve been to Columbia South Carolina a few times.
Did not realize it and the whole county was a leftist hotbed.

Nah...
Travis county, aka home of the Longhorns for those unfamiliar, is something I don't understand.
I think there is some voting anomalies that can't be explained by being a college town, liberal mecca of Texas.
Austin's city council is a cesspool of ultra progressives and no one seems to vote but they always win. Everyone I know hates the way Austin politics are but nothing ever changes.
I am not in the city limits of Austin so I don't have a voice and don't really care, hope they get what they deserve.

It is between Texas and Kansas but that is not important here.

College Station is out of step with the SEC, both geographically and culturally. It belongs in whatever conference Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin are in.

I think that was before all the votes were counted. Some of those numbers seem to have changed a lot, with Oxford being an example.

Especially after the Laken Riley illegal-alien murder and the Soros DA there (at least she lost).

Travis Co. being so lib is not due to black folks - instead it is due to white libs and a lib campus centered there. County has been blue for decades and getting bluer by the year due to Cali transplants.

FWIW - Auburn is 2-0 since the election.
