Uh oh. Watch out.

LINK

A Delaware Court has ruled that the state law, which allows 10 days of early voting, violates the state constitution that the general election is to be held on one day and that the state's Permanent Absentee Voting Statute violates state law by allowing voters to be placed on a permanent absentee voting list where ballots would automatically be sent to them for each election.

R/Delaware is livid. Saying this disenfranchises voters.

Imagine being upset about voting integrity.

Should also ensure ballots are counted by hand

How about count by hand, then ballots sealed and rotated to another county and recounted. If discrepancy, then investigation and prosecution of those who were found to miscount?

They are correct. LOTS of illegal voting has gone on for years due to "early voting". That was the lefts great original trick decades ago. Now we see where it has gone and what's become of pushing it so hard.

If I can’t mail in my ballot up to 2 weeks post election do we even have a free country anymore?

Absentee and mail-in voting is not inherently fraudulent.

The verification processes are the problem.

And this. There is absolutely zero reason why absentee, mail in, and early voting cannot be over and counted PRIOR to Election Day.

None whatsoever.

The goal is to have election results within hours of polls closing.

Your suggestion is well intended, but counting and recounting for weeks is already why no one trusts the numbers.

It is patently absurd that every jurisdiction cannot have full (albeit unofficial) results within 6 hours of poll closing.

I want all voting to be done in person. This will stop 90% of the fraud.

How does Louisiana actually perform this function somewhat decently? I've stayed up to 1 AM before for election results for local/state races but that's only about 5 hours after the polls closed. Most of the time by 10 PM after polls close we know who has won.

We haven't built a much needed Mississippi River bridge south of BR in decades. We have been taxing for the Comite River diversion canal since the 80s and dirt just recently started to move on it. How does Louisiana perform this task somewhat efficiently and seemingly in a valid way, but lots of other states completely fail at this task?

It really is remarkable.

However, it's not enough for a certain crowd.

There is no need for absentee, mail in nor early voting.

None whatsoever.
