I address that in the OP. Obama's DNI James Clapper stated yesterday that there was no evidence of collusion between Russia and Trump or Trump's Associates

The guest stated that the FISA court does not authorize surveillance. The NSA already has the surveillance information. What FISA does is authorize the use of the data related to the server to be legally analyzed by the requesting agency for the dates requested.

I have a cousin that works in intelligence himself at Fort-Meade.

Obama: if this conspiracy theory turns out to be true and he has gone to some length to document a criminal conspiracy he was involved in, he'll likely just get a pardon anyway.
Trump: have seen suggestions his actions here are impeachable. Impeachment is possible for a broad range of things, but unless he is shown to be committing a non white collar crime and there's a smoking gun, there's only one real way he'd get impeached and prosecuted: his ratings tank so low congressional Republicans begin to lose major donors ans funding.

Isn't there a bit in the Constitution that says the president can be impeached if his refusal to stop tweeting makes Congress lose donors?
