Josh, you need to add this article to the timeline.
It explains how on Jan. 13th Obama suddenly changed the Attorney General succession downline and put 3 Obama crony judges next in line if anything were to happen to Sessions (i.e. Recusal).
Trump's team caught it though and changed it back to normal.

Josh's timeline is actually pretty solid work, although it involves some fluff that doesn't necessarily support Trump's position.
Some ardent opponent should start a sourced timeline from the other side and if it doesn't get the sticky, then we'll know what we're dealing with.

That's really all they have.
I mean the Obama DOJ spied on a political opponent during a campaign. They misused a FISA warrant to do so. It looks like a gross misuse of power and an major legal problem for some people in the Obama admin.

Nobody knows for sure. Both sides are relying on "unnamed sources" at this point.
My reading of what we've seen so far is that there was some sort of investigation into Trump and Russia, not explicitly ordered by Obama but he was probably aware of, that was searching for ties between Trump and Russia that could be criminal. This investigation didn't find anything worthy enough to bring up charges on, however it appeared the legal mechanism to keep the wiretaps on continued and various details are being leaked illegally non-stop to the MSM. Trump was reckless to say it was Obama that ordered it, should have said the Obama administration.

Maybe he does, but unlike the past dumbass administration, he's not going to announce it to the world. Also Trump is working, this probably is not even a top priority for him...but the media is consumed by it. Wonder what he's up to?...slight of hand?...

I think Obama is quibbling on "ordered" which he would instead construe as being "requested."
