From defense closing argument this morning:
I'm sure the prosecution will point out that:
This is not the legal standard
And that not a single witness, even the defense's, has argued that the Metcalfs were at any point using or threatening to use "deadly force"

Asking one to leave the tent, even in an aggressive manner, is akin to Metcalf's raging hormones would lead him to commit a violent assault?
