Not a nice topic to bring up I know, and no, this doesn't involve me. But one of my best friends, who is a woman, and I had this conversation yesterday.

My friend is a substitute teacher and was subbing 4th grade last week. One of the issues she had to deal with was a girl in her class pushing a boy, and the boy hit her on the shoulder and pushed her back, hard enough to where she fell on the floor.

Of course it's only the boy who gets in trouble, as my friend had to call the assistant principal. The boy defends himself and tells my friend and the assistant principal "my dad always tells me to defend myself, boy or girl, it doesn't matter" and "someone hits me, I hit them back".

Of course. my friend is just stunned that a father would say this. My friend is conservative and in her mind hitting a woman in any way is a big no-no.

But am I wrong for kind of understanding what the father is saying? To me it goes back to selective equality. Women want equality unless the old traditional ways benefit them. One of those is the idea of hitting (or shoving, or any physical action) a woman. It's made a lot of modern women really arrogant against men, knowing that man simply can't respond.

Luckily we're good friends so we didn't get into it, but I did flat out say that if a woman hit me (emphasizing hitting with a closed fist, not just shoving), I'm hitting back in self-defense.

My mentality is obviously a man should never proactively hit or shove a woman. But if a woman goes after you, including hitting or trying to hit you, do you consider it appropriate in our current society to hit a woman back in self-defense?

I am much more likely to hit a woman than a man. Always go after the weak targets. Less risk.

Girls mature faster than boys. Sometimes as children they are bigger. If thats the case its even. Once boys start developing its a no no. Until you get to adult hood and its one these bitches that can catch a table thrown at her. Then its OK again

I'm nobody's punching bag.

Were we supposed to vote for the guy who molested his own daughter?

No, he wasn't. He was never found guilty of sexual assault. He was found guilty for saying he didn't assault her when no verifiable proof was presented that it happened.

He was found guilty of defamation for denying the allegations.

We even know the accuser has accused 20 other men and told details that were literally impossible at the time.

You don't have to lie. Or maybe you really are stupid enough to believe the media.

I am not above hitting a woman that puts herself in a man's position. My stance on that has definitely changed over time, but I still would have to feel threatened OR it could just be one of those women that absolutely needs to be put in her place. Either way, for me to hit pretty much anyone, it would have to be self-defense adjacent.

Wrong.

quote:

In finding Trump liable for battery, the jury awarded Carroll $2 million in compensatory damages, along with $20,000 in punitive damages.

Weird how he had to pay 2 million for something you say never happened!

quote:

The nine jurors, who deliberated for barely three hours before reaching their unanimous conclusion, did not find that Trump raped Carroll. But they agreed that he "sexually abused" her and that he defamed her when he denied her story.

Do 5 seconds of research first, please. I’m begging you.

Internet rumor? It was written in her diary, and she confirmed in a court of law that it was real.

"In her unsealed April 2024 victim impact letter to the judge, Ashley Biden confirmed the authenticity of the writings, noting that the theft caused severe re-traumatization and emotional pain."

Never happened dumbass.

Get a fricking life and see through the bullshite.

NY AG ran on "getting" PDJT.
NY Legislature "temporarily" changed SFP's Statute of Limitations laws to allow the frivolous prosecution of an innocent man versus an ugly arse nutcase that PDJT would not have spent a minute with even in his single-playboy days.

Carry on listening to the Mockingbirds. Chirp, Chirp.

What never happened?

You can have your own opinions of the verdict because of how much you love papa bear Orange

But he was 100% found liable of sexual abuse by a civil court. That is a verifiable and undeniable fact.

You don’t have to like that fact for it to be true.

Facts don’t care about your delicate feelings.

This is pretty much where I'm at when it comes down to it. If it's just a woman who shoves or tries to slap me then no. But if it's a woman who truly has intent to injure and I feel threatened, then I look at it as self-defense. And like you, that's man or woman. It would take a lot for me to do it. My first instinct would be to remove myself from the situation and only do the above as a last resort.

But it was just interesting because I said essentially that, and my friend was still just stunned. Her mentality is "almost any man can physically subdue a woman" and for the most part she's right. But some of these women are incredibly fit and in shape and I have no doubt could do some damage if they wanted. In a way like you said, women who put themselves in a man's position.

Do you believe it to be true? Did he assault EJC like she accused? With her story and the evidence what is your opinion?
